I can’t comprehend how could anyone out here ratings below 5. This place is incredible. We came here for dinner and already come back for brekkie. Pork dumplings are yummy, and crab ones are to die for! Friend chicken is not spicy at all and so so tender omg!
Amazing amazing amazing! The flavours were rich and full of goodness! The 小笼包were worth the wait, especially the 蟹黄 and 蟹粉 variation! The crispy pork chop is amazing too, the sauce the drizzle on it makes it really well-balance and non of the greasiness you expect from deep frying! Must try when you visit Shanghai!
Highly recommended! We waited before opening for about 30 minutes, at 3pm. Fried pork was soft and tasty! All food was actually delicious.. The queue was long but they are extremely well organized and efficient as restaurant is rather small. Very decent prices. will come back again if we go to Shanghai..
Most famous, delicious, flavorful 小笼包ever! You must try it without doubt! They are all prepared with fresh ingredients and in a timely manner in front of the customers! Excellent customer service with friendly and welcoming waitress with speedy service ! Cleaning and transparent kitchen give you the opportunity to watch what they are cooking and making. No wonder they won 2024 & 2025 MICHELIN AWARD two times in a row! Highly recommended!
As this place is a Michelin bib gourmand, lines can be long. Plan accordingly but lines move fast. There is seating upstairs and downstairs. Pure crab and roe soup dumplings were amazing but a little pricey. Definitely worth it. Pork chops were very tender.
Came and ate here multiple times during my trip in Shanghai. Yummy and consistent xiao long bao. I tried the pork, pure crab, and pork and crab xiao long bao and the pork and crab was my favorite. Fried pork cutlet and wonton soup are also yummy. Lines can get long during peak times however they move pretty fast. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to order and be seated. They accept cash or card payment
Great food in this restaurant, notably dumplings and soup with dumplings (wonton). Fried pork was soft and tasty. All food was actually delicious! We waited for about 20 minutes, at 5pm. The queue was long but they are extremely well organized and efficient as restaurant is rather small. Very decent prices. Highly recommended!
